Christer Fahlgren is a Lead Software Engineer within the voice team at Twilio. Most recently, he was one of the key developers of the Queue feature. Before joining Twilio, he was a Software Architect in Oracle's middleware division. He has more than 17 years of software industry experience as an Architect, Product Manager and Software engineer, primarily with Telecommunications software solutions for technologies like ISDN, SS7 and SIP.
